Directions from SFO:
- Take the US-101N/I-380 W ramp towards San Francisco.
- Continue on 101 N and when the road splits, follow the signs to 280 N and Bay Bridge.
- On 280 N, keep right and get off on Sixth Street.
- Go forward on Sixth Street. When you cross Market, it becomes Taylor. No turns necessary.
- Drive on Taylor Street about four blocks.
- When you cross Ellis, the hotel will be in the middle of the block on the left side.
- Park your car in the hotel's white zone as you unload your car or to use hotel's valet service.

From Golden Gate Bridge:
- Take 101 S towards San Francisco
- Get off on Van Ness Ave.
- Make a left on O'Farrell.
- Make a right on Mason Street.
- Make a right on Ellis Street.
- Make a right on Taylor Street.
- The hotel is in the middle of the block on the left.
- Park your car in the hotel's white zone as you unload your car or to use hotel's valet service.
From Bay Bridge (East Bay):
- Cross Bay Bridge
- Stay in left lane and exit at Fifth Street
- Go slight left onto Harrison Street for one block
- Make right turn onto Sixth Street
- After Sixth Street crosses Market it becomes Taylor Street.
- The hotel is on the left side past Ellis Street
BART directions:
- Whether you are coming from the Airport, the Peninsula or the East Bay, board any train that is going towards downtown San Francisco
- Exit at Powell Street station
- Follow signs out of the station towards the San Francisco Visitor's Center or Powell Street
- Walk up Powell one block to Ellis Street and make a left on Ellis
- Continue two blocks to Taylor
- Turn right onto Taylor, the Hotel Mark Twain is is the middle of the block.
